Transparent government spending is needed to inform and educate voters before they vote on multiple proposed tax increases in the November 2018 election.
Costs incurred as of June 1:
Paid $690 on May 17 to Jeffco Public Schools – Colorado. This information will include employee names, job titles, and salaries.
One other school district in the Denver Metropolitan area for 2015-2017 salary information. Estimated cost – $500-700
Current request to Colorado State Government for (21) expenditures for art and tourism related purchases. Still waiting for the governor’s office to respond with estimated costs for the information.
The purpose of this campaign is to ensure that the cost for records is shared as a community who desires government transparency instead of the fees being paid by one or two people alone.
